Our wildflower honey from various flowers of Yemen, this delightful and inexpensive version of the Yemen organic honey, the Marais honey is harvested from bees that get their nectar from the various Sidr, Sumar and other wildflowers throughout the year. We harvest this from our own land as well.
Depending on seasons and the flowers, its taste varies. It is a lighter golden to sometimes dark color and is not nearly as thick in terms of viscosity of any of our Yemeni honey collection, but it packs nutrients and is smooth to taste.
