Why does our Sidr and Sumar honey have a super thick viscosity?

The practice of manipulating the bee hives to make bees larger is typical in many bee producing countries. This is not what nature intended. This practice leads to not only thinner honey but honey that lacks enzymatic properties, vitamins and nutrients that raw Yemeni honey has.
